The Othello illustration on the left served
as a place holder for several months, until the official
production media photos could be taken.

Aldo Billingslea's head-shot provides the face of Othello,
the church is taken from a personal photo taken in Italy,
and the costume is taken from a period pencil sketch.
Components from the images were combined in Photoshop to suggest Shakespeare's tale of innocent love overshadowed by tragic violence in 17th century Venice.
